So this part was not that much fun, but what a set up:

Mobility:  IT band…whew!

Then, Annie are you okay style:

Box jumps, burpees, KB swings, push press, ball slams, ring rows.

Then for the big fun event of the day…DODGEBALL!  Most excellent dude!

And a final note, Extra Credit had a successful repair of her hernia and we are happy to annouce that the surgery triggered an uncontrollable urge to eat beef, foul, game, and more fish.  Sounds like it went better than expected.  Ok, maybe not on the protein, however, she’ll be back in limited action in two weeks and we’re expecting her back to full action in about six weeks.  We miss your spirit in the gym, Extra Credit, hurry back.
