Its the end of January.  The last day.  Our monthly challenge is the 500m row.  We have been working on our form all month long in order that we could improve our stroke, our stroke rate, our power, and our 500m time.  Have you re-tested?  Did your time improve?  Did your form improve but your time has not yet improved?  Keep working on your stroke and don’t get discouraged.  You must be willing to be bad at something before you can be good.

Take another shot at your rowing today and see what has happened.
