A little practice

In preparation for tomorrow’s workout, everyone gets a chance to try a bit of the workout and see what parts are easy and what parts are hard.  So…

Three rounds for time:

9 Deadlift 155/145/100

12 Hand release push ups

15 Box jumps 24/20/20

Check your hand position on the push ups and stay tight through the entire movement, lest you droop and  snake the way up to the top and get a “no rep.”  No reps really suck.
