So, for all of the voluntary punishment heaped on us yesterday (thanks Parker for pointing out we volunteered) in Glenwood, today, everyone gets to suffer a bit.

First.
Max thrusters at 115/75
Then, within 15 seconds, get on the bar and perform as many pull ups as possible.
Thrusters count three for one.

Then: 5 minute AMRAP
21-15-9
Push ups
American kettlebell swings 52/35
If you complete all reps, do as many burpees as possible prior to the 5 minute mark.
Rest 30 seconds, switch stations and…
5 minute AMRAP
21-15-9
Power snatch 75/55
Double unders
If you finish under five minutes, get some burpees.

Then total your reps.
