    Tammy – what are PR’s? Man, I can hardly believe how much better my knees are than a yr ago…. to get that deep with no weight at all hurt so bad I would almost pass out…. What I can’t understand is that I was at the free concert in Ridgway tonight and I walked around and did some squats (not up in front) and some pistols and the knees really hurt bad, but I don’t remember any pain during the workout this a.m. and I hardly notice anything with ball slams or wall balls….. guess it has something to do with focusing on something else?

    I want so much to be able to do a decent pistol! I was thinking a week ago about a “testimony” time – I began to write down all the changes I have seen in myself – I feel so much better.

    So, again, thanks to Alan, Faith, and Tammy and everyone…. I have never experienced this kind of group exercise before – it is so encouraging.

    Personal Record…. Paul, I think you are voicing what so many of us feel!! CrossFit has been life-changing for me to, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well! Gotta love it!!

    Yeah I guess Crossfit’s alright if your into that “getting stronger, loosing weight, looking like a rock star, esprit de corps, feeling better about yourself, cult” kinda thing.
    Personally I do it for the great music every morning, nothing like a little Limp Bizkit to start off the day.

    Just kidding. Limp Bizkit is a band that is we hear every so often in the gym. Loud and angry with a beat that I can get down to.
