Big new PR’s

Great form, moving heavy weight, and lots of accessory work helps move us upward toward great new PR’s. Monday and Tuesday we saw a bunch of benchpress and backsquat PR’s. The weighted pull ups and the Kang squats are part of the reason we are moving onward and upward. When we program our workouts and additional accessory work, we do so in order that we can all get stronger. Didn’t get a new PR on our lifting day?

Were you tired or hungry? Dehydrated? All of these things can make a difference on a specific day.

Stay focused on our work when you are at the gym. But most of all, don’t forget to have fun.
