Get a new rep max power snatch.

At 5:30 we saw new PR’s everywhere. Some people had more than one in the same session. This is a clear focus on the mechanics of good Olympic lifting. Great job paying attention and getting stronger.

25 double unders
20 American KB swings
15 toes to bar

If you didn’t go hard today, why? Are you tired, did you not like the workout? No excuses. The only easy day was yesterday.
