Bustin out the Muscle Ups!
Whoo hoo! People are bustin out muscle ups all over the place. We celebrate achievement here and getting your muscle up is quite a feat. Since Friday, Martha has gotten a big pile of them, and today…Josh busted out a bunch. His first while no one was looking. Great job, guys. Your hard work has paid off.
