Bustin out the Muscle Ups!

Whoo hoo!  People are bustin out muscle ups all over the place.  We celebrate achievement here and getting your muscle up is quite a feat.  Since Friday, Martha has gotten a big pile of them, and today…Josh busted out a bunch.  His first while no one was looking.  Great job, guys.  Your hard work has paid off.

Who is next?

Mobility: Spend 5 minutes with the rollie ball working on something that isn’t working quite right.

WOD:  3-3-3 with all sets  at least  80% of 1 RM
