Snatch practice.

The snatch is the fastest and one of the most technical lifts we perform. At high reps, it is easy for our form to fall apart. For many of us, at low reps or one rep our form is suspect. Its good day to practice as we will be accumulating reps for Sunday’s workout.

Then do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups, not for time.
