Hard or Strong

So it’s 30 degrees outside and you are at almost 8,ooo feet above sea level.  What do you do?  If you’re strong, you go run.  If you’re hard, you do muscle ups!

You choose.

30 muscle ups for time

OR

Burpee broad jumps and knees to elbows:

20/9 run, 5/15 run, 12/12 run, 15/5 run, 9/20 run.  Finish with one rope climb.

First round looks like 20 burpee broad jumps, 9 knees to elbows, run.
