I’m so sore

Sunday put the hurt on!  That means we’re improving.

Four rounds for time:

5 squat clean, 95/65

15 burpees

Don’t be fooled as this one really made you look at that bar and the mat wishing the reps would disappear in that third and fourth round.

For some extra fun, add 50 sledgehammer strikes for time and you have another great workout.
