There were a couple variations on the workout today.  

Regular Workout (Do it 3x for speed!):

  • 12 Knee to Elbows
  • 400m Run
  • 21 Kettle Bell Swings
Climber Variation (21 – 15 – 9):
  • Dead Lifts
  • Knee to Elbows
  • Pull Kettle Bell on Rope 
Climber Variation cool-down was a time hang on the rings
