There were a couple variations on the workout today. Â
Regular Workout (Do it 3x for speed!):
- 12 Knee to Elbows
- 400m Run
- 21 Kettle Bell Swings
Climber Variation (21 – 15 – 9):
- Dead Lifts
- Knee to Elbows
- Pull Kettle Bell on RopeÂ
Climber Variation cool-down was a time hang on the rings
