    we need some cross fit workouts to do! We’ve done every combination possible of sit-ups, push-ups and squats. What are some other things we can work in to the mix. besides of course climbing palm trees. Today we did 5-10-15 pushups situps squats for 20 mins. That darn lisa beat me. She got 25 and I got about 23.5. We were soaked in sweat – sure stings the eyes!

    I noticed the guns in the photo as well….Looking good!

    Try adding some walking lunges, jumping lunges, sprints, turkish get ups holding a coconut or piece of palm, burpees, broad jumps, burpee broad jumps, high knee jumps, box jumps or step ups on a wall, bench, etc. Do you have a piece of rope you can jump rope with? You can also practice handstands in the soft sand on the beach. Doesn’t hurt so bad when it all goes bad….

    Of course I look hot, it’s like 85 degrees down here and humid. We finally aquired, opened, and found fresh meat in a coconut yesterday. Finally saw some animals too! Thanks for the compliments. Feeling skinny but not necessarily strong. We should have brought a pull up bar with us.
