How is your nutrition challenge going? Did you have a run-in with some Halloween candy last week? Or birthday cake? If so, did you note how you felt afterwards? Today is a new day. Check your nutritional goals and reaffirm your plan. We have two weeks until Thanksgiving. Try to eat well during these next two weeks, knowing that treats are around the corner. Several of us are going to eat a “ish” Thanksgiving dinner and then get right back to the nutrition challenge until the next treat-filled holiday.

Who is planning in hitting a benchmark on Saturday? Which one are you going for? The cost is $15 for the month, and we have three Saturday’s left, so pick out a workout and come join us by kicking your own butt!
