Running class
The running workout is on your own today. Go to the park, or find a spot you can repeat 200m runs.
5 x 200, with 90 second rest.
Each 200m run should be within 2 seconds of the first one. If it is not, you owe a foul of 5 burpees. Fouls are paid at the end.
For example, your first 200 run is 20 seconds, rest 90 seconds. The second is 21 seconds, rest 90 seconds. The third, fourth, and fifth are 26 seconds. You have three fouls, and owe 15 burpees.
