Slide show and Fund Raiser

This is a fundraiser for a really cool expedition to Pakistan…a couple of local boys are going over to help build shelters with the locals.  Mike Pennings is an amazing climber and all around athlete.  I’m sure he will have a great slide show.  Just wanted to spread the word.

SHAMELESS PLUG:
Clint and I are off to Pakistan at the end of August.  We have our plane tickets, visas, and permits to restricted zones.  Thursday night we’re pinning Mike Pennings down and making him do a slideshow at the Ourayle House.  Hutch will be pouring his finest ales and the patio grill will be on if you like.  Slideshow is free at 8:00pm.  We’ll be selling really sweet expedition T-shirts for $20.  Proceeds go to buy building materials for our post-earthquake hasty shelter project.  Read all about it in this week’s Plaindealer.  Hope to see you there and please spread the word.
