Front Squat
1×5 at 70%, 1×5 at 75%, 1×5 at 80%, 1×5 at 85%

Conditioning

30-21-10
Double unders, sit ups
Rest one minute
Repeat
If your second time is within 15 seconds of the first, rest, and then one minute max effort burpee box jumps.
If it’s outside 15 seconds, immediately perform 30 burpees.
