Suffer on Sunday

Fight gone Bad, Tabata style.

Wall Ball, Burpees, Slam Ball, and Sit ups.

Work 20 seconds, rest and rotate to the next station for 10 seconds.  Do each exercise  once, rotate, and go through each of the four twice.  Rest one minute, do three rounds.  Total reps equals your score.

    I can’t believe I missed the opportunity to do all those burpees! Oh well, parenting duty requires me to play nurse…. Guess I’ll be doing 81 burpees all by myself in the kitchen….
