Copy of Hypoxia strength program is a copy of an excel spreadsheet that will help us track our weights, workouts, and progress. We will be utilizing this program over the next few months with the goal of getting sKronger.
Download the file and fill in your numbers on the first sheet. The weights are from our recent CrossFit Total and a benchpress max a few weeks before that. Bring your sheet and we will answer your questions at Monday’s workout.
