The verdict is in!

We have and are distributing the results from our nutrition challenge.  So far, 19 of you have done the second body composition test with Jason and we have seen tremendous results.

First of all, as a group, the 19 of us have lost a total of 60.5 pounds of fat.  That is just fat!  Pretty cool, eh?  In addition, a great many of the 19 gained muscle as well.

So, does changing your food to higher quality and better portions make a difference?  The results speak for themselves.

For six weeks some of us changed the quality of the food we ate and are now sleeker, stronger, more svelte versions of ourselves and have the numbers to prove it.  The cool part about the food challenge is that it was short term and provided significant and measurable results.

As I was speaking with Jason about the results yesterday, changing your food for six weeks is great, but making some of the changes more permanent is even better.  As we have discussed all along, for most of us, changing to a strict Paleo diet is restrictive and just not that much fun.  Most of us enjoy our food.  Now is the time we will add back in some of our old standby foods and see how we feel now that we have cleaned up.

Moderate your additions and see what happens.  Grains, processed foods, and dairy may be a thing of the past or may occupy a different priority now.  Whatever you decide, remember to judge your additions by the way you feel, the way you look, and the way you perform.

Chocolate.  Mmmmmmmmmm.  Chocolate.  Oops, sorry.  Was that out loud?

If you didn’t participate and are interested in making some changes, let us know.  Over the previous six weeks we proved that anybody can do it.
