This sucks!!!

“This Sucks” was uttered throughout the workout today.

Full recovery between each max effort.

1. One minute, jumping squats.  Full recovery

2. Max push ups.  Perfect form on every repetition.  Chest to the ground, full lockout at the top.  Full           recovery.

3.  Max ab mat sit ups.  Perfect form on every repetition.
