I went to the gym once between classes and caught Alan doing 100 Burpee squat clean thruster box jumps with a back flip wearing a 20# weighted vest. (It was pretty impressive.)
Bill, shut the h____ up!!!!! Where do you think Alan gets his crazy ideas???? If/when he comes up with that one, we will know who to blame….
