WOW!
Between October 8, 2008 and June 16, 2009, Laurie has been quietly Killing her Coward. When she first called, she advised she had let herself get out of shape and needed to make some changes.
What she had was the heart of a champion, and she knew she wouldn’t quit. That is all is takes. Really. Look at the following note. Think she is happy? Think her family is happy? We don’t even need to ask.
Great job, Laurie. You work hard every time. Keep up the good work.
“Alan,
do you know how much I love you?
🙂
You can do what you like with these–I’m -so- proud of what you have done for me and what I have done for myself (and my family)!!
I can’t thank you enough.
I can’t thank you enough.
Today’s workout:
3 times for time:
8 deadlift
run 600m
Laurie…you look amazing!!! I am really proud of you and all the hard work you have done! 🙂
After leaving an active Telluride lifestyle and having 2 kids I was ready for something…besides Pilates. 😉
I wished for a program with strength training and some direction with nutrition. Look what I found!!!! That and sooooo much more. I have found friends, comradery and an awesome community. Trainers who truly care about what we’re doing and how we’re doing. (and what we’re eating!)
Hypoxia is something I look forward to -every- day. My husband keeps asking me who I am! I love CrossFit. And, yes, I’m happy… You all ROCK. Every one of you. Thank You!
Oh my gosh…what a role-model you are for us! Amazing – I know you are so proud. Laurie, you’ve got abs of steel—way—to—go!!!!
Laurie –
You. Are. Awesome.
Congrats!
Thanks for sharing the pics. Laurie, you look so great! What is the most amazing and inspirational, though, is not what’s on the outside. That is merely a reflection of what is on the inside of you and that is total awesomeness! What I mean to say, then, is that you are totally awesome inside and out. 3-2-1-GO, girl. 🙂
Laurie, You look great! Thank you for sharing your photos so others can see how hard work can pay off. You were able to accomplish this because of your wonderful, positive attitude and willingness to be uncomfortable.
Laurie,
WOW what a difference CROSSFIT makes… you look amazing, 8 months of focus, a hundred years of happiness for you!!! YOU KICK BUTT!!!!!!!
K
LAURIE!
We are SO proud of you!!
W—–O—–W!!!! is right on!
You are AMAZING Laurie! I agree – thanks for sharing the pics – you are an inspiration to us all!
