Wow! 12.4 hurts–while you are doing it and for a few days afterwards! Good job to everyone who got this one done this week: Martha, Joanie, Craig, Parker, Aimee, Heidi, Bill M., Bill L., Jenny, Bob, Wendy, Ruth, Faith, Brian and Alan.

Craig taking a little break during the heinous wall balls. Did you know that Craig is the master in predicting the open workouts? He picked two of the three movements correctly this week. We will be looking for some commentary from him on Wednesday for his predictions for 12.5.

Joanie got all the way through her double unders and almost got a muscle up! Then she went ahead and knocked out 12.3 for good measure. Oh the strength of this woman!
