We are beginning our fourth cycle of the Wendler 5/3/1 program and are heading toward new PR’s in the middle of next month.  Work hard when we are working our big lifts so we can move forward as bigger, stronger, faster athletes…or for you ladies…better, stronger, faster.

Today, Press, 5/5/5+ at 65%, 75%, 85%.

Then:

5×5 sec handstand hold at the beginning of each round,

21-15-9

Clapping push ups, jumping lunges.
