Oohhh I miss my people…
We did this one the other day too. My time was 8:31 and it was my third workout of the day.
First workout= Sprints and track work
Second Workout= Front Squats new PR at 285#, Snatch Balance new PR at 235#
It was a fun workout, but I couldn’t make myself go any faster, I think I was just gassed.
