Mobility Day
Ah, good old mobility day. Nothing beats mobility day! And this one could not have come at a better time. It’s been a pretty active and hard stretch of late and we all needed/deserved a dedicated day of stretching and getting loose.
Plus, the weather outside was a bit frightful, so even it was cooperating with our mobility day.
So, after you all spent some time getting mobilized, we did have a little cardio fun in store.
