A Bit of an Update

Its been a big few days.

We are half way through our first 28 day segment of the nutrition challenge when we are adhering to strict standards.  Everyone who is participating is making changes and having good results.  Two more weeks and we will move to phase two.  Keep up the good work.

This past Saturday, Alan, Brian, Martha, and Jackie went to the CrossFit Durango Open House and did the two workouts Jacob conducted and had great fun.  The crowd watched and provided some incentive to perform.  Above everything else, everyone had fun.  We also got to interact with other CrossFitters from Durango, Montrose, and Farmington.  Great job to all of the the participants.  If you didn’t make this fun event, don’t miss the next opportunity for fun.

    For all those who got excited about the previous editing error, I fixed it! We are NOT in our last week of the nutrition challege, but we ARE over half way through. Hang in there. You will reap the rewards.
