A few big days

Monday was the last day of spring break for many and just the beginning for others.  So we’ll stay after it while we are here.

Monday

Squat 3-3-3-3 at least 80% of one rep max

Weighted pull ups 3-3-3-3.  Try and add weight each time and definitely go big!

Tuesday

Two rounds for time:

30 squats 95/135

30 double unders

row 500 meters

30 push ups
