And now for the boys…

Trimming?  Firming and toning?  Spot reduction?  Hot abs for the chicks?  Pfffffft!

Our (young) men’s winner is Jacob Fedel.  No, Jacob didn’t lose a spare tire, lose flabby arms, tighten and tone his butt cheeks.  He did everything we asked of him during the nutrition challenge and added 100 pounds to his deadlift.  He packed on twenty pounds (that’s right 20 p0unds) of muscle.  And much to his mother’s happiness, he is standing up straight.  He might even be getting strong enough to compete with Ms. Jenny……..one day.

Congrats for winning the challenge, Jacob.  You worked hard, came early, stayed late and gave 100 percent.  We couldn’t ask for more.  Big things are in your athletic future that you can’t see yet and all is possible with your dedication, perserverance, and hard work.

Now, fix your feet and stand up straight!

Big fun today and there will be plenty of Lululemon clothing to enhance our appearance and allow us to work out harder…Okay, at least our butts will look good.  That has to be worth something.

Really, you don't have to look at the camera every time.

A little known fact about Jacob Fedel…not only is he an amazing athlete and a young man who is not afraid to work hard (at school, at home, at the station, in the gym), he is also an absolutely amazing piano player. Jacob is so well rounded he is in danger of rolling away!

Sounds like you’re dion awesome Jacob. Just remember, I can do arctic burpees now. Which are still burpees, but a lot colder. And you run the risk of sticking to the ground. Bad way to remove chest hair. Lord I apologize for that one.
