Saw this quote this morning and reminded me of the things we say sometimes.  You know, “I’ll start that _______ on January 1,” “I’ll stop that behavior next year,” “On ______ I’ll change my ____ so I can ____.”

We have all been there.  We have all made excuses.  Quit it!  Start today.  Start now.  What are you waiting for?

    Tonight was fun. Despite my zebra stripes from the jump rope and the big bruise on both shins from the box I really enjoyed tonights workout.

    It felt really go to go big (36″!) and go hard. I got some double unders (!) and that 36″ box is a new record for me by 6″. Makes me feel good.

    So thanks.
