Or, this workout from the 2010 Arizona Sectionals of the CrossFit Games.  Fun to test your mettle against the voices in your head and see how you stack up against others in the gym.

Three rounds for time:

Row 500 m

12 bodyweight deadlift

21 box jumps 20/24The CrossFit Games competition begins March 16 and we will be hosting the workouts so you can have a time and score and see how you compare to other athletes around the world.  It’s going to be a blast.  We will be sharing the workouts with Durango and Telluride CrossFitters for some extra fun.  You will be able to do all of the workouts here at our gym, so don’t worry about having to travel to get a taste of the competition and entertainment.  It will all be here.

If you have friends who are not members of the gym and think they may be interested in a bit of friendly competition, let them know they will be welcome as well.  They don’t have to sign up to qualify for the next round of competion with CrossFit, they can simply join us and have a few fun workouts and meet some new folks.  There will be a small fee to compete if they are not members of the gym, but think of all the fun!

    Dude. That workout this morning sucked me dry. And then for some strange reason us girls though a hot yoga class would be fun. What is UP with that? Well. I WAS fun. And left me limper than an over cooked noodle. Maybe next time I’ll have to split up the yoga and the ass kicking gym workout by more than half an hour…

    Thanks again for the great ass kicking work out last night. Love it so mu I did it twice… Hahahaah (and beated myself on the second time!!!) Hey that’s how Canadians do things… Always better. Thanks for the great Muscle up and double under private lesson at the end too…

    By the way the helicopter we heard while chatting at the end… Was my buddy being heli evac out… He took an 80′ decker and crushed his right hip… Mike and the RFR boys worked with the rest of the Canadian SAR guys to get him out of the canyon… Im going to personnally thank them for taking care of Mark s soon as I get the chance.

    By the way your shirt is ordered already… I ll send it ur way as soon as i get it.
