Tabata and Fish Oil

Good hard work today.  The scoring today was least reps during the set.  Don’t go too easy, though or you leave with that empty feeling knowing you could have worked harder.  You’ll hate it.

Mobility: wall sit with back on floor, roll calves.

Then:

Tabata push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats.

Whoa, Nellie!In other good healthy news, we will be carrying more products from Stronger, Faster, Healthier.  Some of you have tried the fish oil already and know the goodness of the mercury free product that doesn’t have the bad burping aftertaste.  Next Thursday we will have small two ounce bottles of the tangerine and lemon flavors for purchase if you’d like to see which you like best.  We can then get an order of the larger bottles based on your preferences.  We have tried the vanilla, chocolate, and mint flavors and didn’t find them our favorite.  Ask someone already using the product for their opinion.

We will also have the SFH protein powder and recovery product in the larger size for anyone interested.  We will pass on the great pricing we are receiving to you.  Check them out here and let us know if there is anything else you need.

The CrossFit Games workouts are coming up shortly.  Who is in?  Why, all of us, of course.  We will even be offering our Games workouts to the public if they want to give it a shot.  And why wouldn’t they?  Everyone loves a good workout and a little competition.  Plus, we get to share what we do in the gym with anyone who wants to try.  Pretty awesome, eh?

    Man. My arms are worked after today. First this ^^^ then the climbing wall! I’m not sure I could take the top off a water bottle right now! My hands are DONE for the day.
