Back to work

Yes, it was a pretty good one.  You will notice a change in the programming and goals for the next few months.  Why, you ask?  One of the main reasons we keep improving is our quest and zeal for “constantly varied” movements and programming.  We want the movement to be efficient, we want our bodies to be efficient.  We do not want to get efficient at the workouts.

So, we change it up.  But don’t worry, this stuff still works.  Enjoy the work, enjoy the friendship, and enjoy the suffering…er, the fun…well, you know what we mean.

Two rounds for time:

20 sumo deadlift 225/155

20 burpee box jumps 20″

And a few dates for the near future:

Wednesday, January 5, 9 am at the Ice Park, lower bridge. Please sign up and show up to help set up tents for the vendors.  We have been asked to help and we’ll probably get some swag for helping.

Saturday, January 15, CrossFit Agoge, Montrose.  Dodgeball tournament.  Teams of six.  If you are interested, our sign up deadline is this Saturday.  See Alan or Faith.

Saturday, January 22, CrossFit Durango, Durango.  Jacob is having an open house and “fun event” for all.  Let us know who is going and we can carpool down to Durango.
