New challenges for the new year!

 A new year brings opportunity for new challenges.  Think about your goals for the year, for the next three months, for the next month–athletic goals, nutritional goals, personal goals.  Analyze what you would like to achieve and what you are willing to do to get there.  Don’t set a goal that is based on a wish.  If you are not willing to put in the time and work, then it is not a reasonable goal.

WOD:

Test your 1 RM clean today. 

Row a 500.

Our January challenge will be rowing a 500 for time.  Get a time up on the board and then work on reducing it over the next month.  It worked well for our double-unders last month, let’s see what we can do for our row times this month.

And…a new year brings a new nutrition challenge.  We will have a quick meeting after the WOD on Sunday to go over the details.

    Not having made it to the gym on Sunday I missed the nutrition challenge info. Or is it next sunday. In which case I may still miss it! Can you fill me in?
