Next Sunday, June 19 we will be hosting USAW Coach Don McCauley from Savannah, Georgia. Don will be bringing a world class lifter with him again…this time his wife Suzanne…and we will have a four to five hour Olympic lifting seminar. The cost of the class is $100 per person. This is an opportunity to learn from someone who has been coaching for thirty plus years and has taken athletes to the highest level. Suzanne has competed and is a decorated athlete.

The CrossFit Games Regional competition began today in Denver. Our friend Jen Sokol from CrossFit Durango is competing in the individual competition and CrossFit Agoge from Montrose is competing in the team event. Many of you know Darcy Sella, formerly of our gym, is competing in the team competition and hit a PR in her event today. If you see her, give her a big congratulations. The fun continues tomorrow.
