A birthday? Yes, a birthday
So, many of you morning CrossFitters may not realize that we have had an AWESOME crew working their tails off on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Well, one of our not-so-new-anymore-newbies (Lisa) had a birthday the other day. So, we celebrated her 33rd CrossFit style!

And some of us were super-lame and did this instead of working out. Thankfully, we have that whole “functional fitness” thing to back up my that person’s lameness:
