The final workout of the Games Open is upon us and is a repeat, almost, of last years final workout.
Amrap 7 minutes:
3 Thrusters
3 Chest to bar pull ups
6 Thrusters
6 Chest to bar pull ups
9 Thrusters
9 Chest to bar pull ups
And so on until time runs out.
In the mean time, we have more work to do.
