Deadlift, heavy

Warm up, five rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats.

Hip and hamstring mobility work.

Form focus practice on the set up and organization of the deadlift.  Be a tight, set up, organized athlete.

Then:

Deadlift 5 @ 75% of 1 rm

3 @ 85% of 1 rm

1+ @ 95@ of 1 rm
