Deadlift Tuesday

A ton of PR’s today. Most impressive are the new max’s generated by the folks who have been here a while as these folks are seeing improvements in their strength, not just their form. It’s awesome to see people pick up heavy bars especially when the bar deflects prior to coming off the ground. More and more are having this happen.

1 rep max deadlift

Then:
AMRAP 10 minutes
50 double unders
3 skin the cats
100 flutter kicks
15 box jumps

Extra credit is at the pool. Did you get your extra today?

Pool workout:
Three times for time
Swim 50 meters, 20 burpees
Swim 50 meters, 10 burpees

Thanks to everyone who came to the pool. No pool work next Tuesday as the pool will be closed for cleaning. We’ll see you after that. If you haven’t come out yet, give it a whirl.

    OK Guys, I have kept quiet long enough. Jordan and I will be there at the next swim workout and we will do a “real” swim workout. It will either be a Master swim workout or one of Jordan’s. It will probably have to be on a Wed. am at the Masters to get it all done. More details to follow. Guess who!
