Jason will be here Saturday morning at 10am for body comp testing. Don’t miss it. It’s a good chance for you to see where you are as a baseline. Then you can go back for another testing in a month or three or six and check your progress.

Mobility:
Hip flexor on the wall, PNF style.
Then:
AMRAP 3 minutes
7 sdlhp 95/65
7 pull ups
7 power cleans 95/65
2 stone to shoulder 115/72
Rest two minutes
Repeat three times
