So recently, Alan got more running knowledge from Dr. Nicholas Romanov, the discoverer of the POSE Method of running.  After the seminar, during a regular workout, Dr. Romanov pointed out that Alan’s running was pretty good.  Paul, owner of Crossfit Colosseum pointed out that Alan is a better runner than a 57 year old man.  Thanks, Paul, for your encouraging words.
