Eating for health vs. performance

Hey all,
I was recently reading an article in the Hammer Nutrition Newsletter that reflects my point of view on food.  It talks about the Paleo diet. It stated that eating for health is different than eating for performance…especially if your competing in endurance sports.  I agree with that.  Here is the link.

I know I have talked with some of you guys about putting some recipes/tips about food on the website.  I would still really love to share my thoughts and recipes, however they were on an old computer and are backed up on a disk somewhere.  Maybe one night we could do a dinner and exchange recipes/food ideas.  I have lots to share on that subject.  Anyway, feel free to pick my brain whenever… Tinkerbell
