Extra Credit, for fun?

Thanks to Trevor for arranging the equipment from the Ouray Volunteer Fire Department, and for making sure the air was flowing properly.

After regaining composure and re-oxygenating, Sara had the following thoughts regarding working out under the uniform and breathing on a tank with a gas mask:
“So, I have thought of some lessons I have learned from this one:
#1 Control the panic.
#2 Control the breathing.
#3 Yes, Alan is also breathing hard.
#4 Don’t get stuck on the pole.
#5 It was harder to find my “compartment for pain” with the distraction of the   mask, gas tank, feeling of suffocation, etc (yeah, I am weird).
#6 Without Faith there to tell us what to do, I am not sure what would have      happened!
#7 It doesn’t have to be fun to be fun.
and finally:
#8 Am I normal?  Probably not.  And that is okay  🙂 “
And from Alan.  “Am I normal?  No way.  And this is definitely okay!”
Nice job Sara.  Only the Hard, Only the Strong!
