Extra Credit Fun

CrossFit Games Finals workout number one as best we could. We couldn’t find any soft sand for the run, but we found everything else.

Thanks to Bill, Parker, Aimee, and Dustin for coming out for the entertainment. And a big thanks to Katarina for being the cheering section and music selector (oops).

Swim 210 meters
Run one mile
50 chest to bar pull ups
100 hand release push ups
200 squats
Run one mile.

We started at the pool, ran to the gym for the pull ups, push ups and squats, then ran back to the pool.
