50 double unders
Then five rounds of:
5 power cleans at 155/105
10 box jumps
20 leg levers
2 stone, ground to shoulder
Finish with 50 double unders

Some of you have been fighting with, and getting pummeled by, double unders for quite some time. Those who have endured the fight are seeing success. Great perseverance will often overcome talent. As coaches, we value perseverance and hard work more than you may realize.

If you have a goal or a movement that is vexing you, we have the skill and knowledge to help you if you are willing to help yourself. Never quit. Never give up. Beaten six times, stand up seven.

We have victories every day in our community. Think about your first double under, first pull up, first PR, first Murph….we all have victories and most are shared with our group.

And a final note to consider. What we do at the gym is physical movement. Realize it or not, however, what we build is confidence in ourselves and the mental training to achieve things we never thought possible. All those impossible things were always possible, you just may not have believed it. As soon as you believed though, great things happened, either in the gym, at your job, at school, or in the outdoors. Anywhere, really.

Scare yourself everyday and see how far you can go. See what you can achieve. And help your team mates get there too.
