Saturday at 9 am we will be performing the next fun workout that is the CrossFit Games wod 11.5. Be there and cheer everyone on and give a whirl yourself. This workout is pretty tough and the more cheering available, the better. The Telluride crew is on its’ way too. Don’t miss it!
Today, mobility: PNF stretch hip flexor and hammies

5 power cleans
10 toes to bar
15 wall ball
That’s right, a warm up for the Games workout. Get some! Go again.
