Fun, fun, fun…

Competitors may approximate your products, replicate your services, and even install the same leading-edge technologies that you use, but they cannot duplicate your people. Fact is, its workforce is the only truly sustainable competitive advantage any business has.

Coach Mike Burgener posted this quote this morning and as I was reading it, I couldn’t help but twist the quote and interpret its meaning about the people at our gym.  Not that our gym staff makes us great, but its the people in our community who make us great.  Each and every member of our gym especially, but also the folks at other affiliates we run into from Durango, Telluride, Montrose, Junction…even places like Florida, Australia, and Canada.  Our CrossFit community is a group of like minded souls seeking something they get every time they walk into an affiliate to work out.  Maybe it’s the space or the workout, but more than likely its the friendships and the brotherhood of suffering we all share when we show up and get ourselves some for the day.

Thanks to each and every one of you who help us create our community every day.
