Here we go again…

We are starting on our third cycle of the Wendler program.  If you haven’t done so, use this form,  Copy of Hypoxia strength program, enter the numbers on the start page, and off we go.

Yesterday we hosted Don McCauley, Senior Regional Coach with USAW and his assistant, Holley Mangold.  Don was visiting from Savannah, GA, and Holley just moved to Colorado Springs to live and train at the Olympic Training Center.  Look for Holley at a future Olympics.  She is twenty years old and has a bright future in front of her.  Thanks for sharing with us and members of Telluride CrossFit and Durango CrossFit.  It was a great day of learning.

Pull ups, box jumps, roll up squats.
