It’s all about the hips…

…just remember the dirty dancing drill we learned from Don McCauley and Holley Mangold. We have been using this drill at our Olympic Lifting classes to great affect. Because it’s been so successful, we all get to use the drill today and focus on our hips. Woohoo!

Olympic warm up
Group teaching session
Two position clean

12 minutes
Two position clean plus push press. High hang plus hang clean.

Then:
AMRAP 9 minutes
5 power cleans 135/95
10 knees to elbows
